Account Executive Cornerstone Mechanical is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in developing long-term customer relationships, generating new business, and offering HVAC solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of customers Identify and assess customer needs providing tailored service and repair solutions. Prepare and present competitive pricing proposals in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction. Proactively seek and onboard new clients to expand company business. Attend and participate in networking and business development events to build brand presence and generate leads. Contribute to weekly sales team meetings and share insights for ongoing improvement. Accurately input and manage all sales activity in Salesforce on a weekly basis. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools effectively for communication, reporting, and documentation. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary paid weekly, plus monthly commissions based on qualifying sales (categorized as Service Projects or Special Projects). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs/Sheets. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce. Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
