Job Description

HR Generalist The HR Generalist supports day-to-day human resources operations and partners with leaders and employees to deliver a positive, compliant, and engaging employee experience. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and balancing operational work with people support. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR questions and guidance Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee records Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and documentation Administer HR programs including benefits, leaves of absence, performance management, and compliance activities Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Maintain accurate HRIS data and personnel files Support recruiting efforts such as interview coordination and offer processing Assist with training, engagement, and culture initiatives Contribute to HR projects and process improvements Qualifications 24+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience handling confidential information with discretion Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, BambooHR, or similar) Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification Experience supporting a multi-state or remote workforce Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $62,000.00 per year Search managed by: Amaka Mozie Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
