Subcontract Management You will be the Subcontract Management for the Advanced Programs' Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for supporting fast-paced developmental programs and ensuring seamless collaboration with subcontractors and internal teammates. As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for managing minor subcontracts and serving as the primary liaison between Lockheed Martin and our suppliers. You will play a critical role in driving program success through strategic subcontract management. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 1 years of professional experience; or a related Masters degree. Experience with procurement principles, subcontract management, supply chain management. Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Desired Skills Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) and FAR SAP/S4 Hana & Acquisition experience Experience managing delivery and cost performance in accordance with established contractual terms and conditions Ability and willingness to travel to supplier facilities to participate in meetings and to resolve Security clearance statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance level: Secret. Ability to work remotely: Part-time remote telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
