One provider requested. Need provider who is able to cover 5-6 In-house 24-hour call shifts per month on a long term, ongoing basis. Inpatient Busy, high acuity practice. Will see emergent cases that come through the ED only. Would include: Hysterectomy, Ectopic pregnancy, D&C, Ovarian Cystectomy, Hysteroscopy, IUD insertions, Ab- scess, Post Hysterectomy complications and exploratory Laparotomy. Current Dates needed: March 21, 23 April 5,8,13,16 May 13,16,22,24,27,30 June 1,2,10,15,18,19,24,27,29 July 2,7,1011,12,15,20,21,24,25,26,29 Call ONLY - In-House Response Time: Required on site Shift: 24 hr. call, rotating schedule PPS: 25 Clinic; 5 Hospital Ave. Deliveries Per Physician per Week: 7-8 Ave. of GYN surgeries/wk: Hospital 12-15 Ave. Deliveries Per Yr: 3,000 Low Risk Pregnancy 35%; High Risk 25%; C-Section 5% Office GYN 20%, Surgical GYN 15% Hospital Stroke Certified Trauma Level 2 Facility L&D person also covers the ED. Five midwives practice in the group and help support the MD providers on L&D.
