Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations Company: FullBeauty Brands Location: Indianapolis Fulfillment Center Job Type: Internship Duration: 10 Weeks (June 01, 2025 August 07, 2025) About the Internship: FullBeauty Brands is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Indianapolis Fulfillment Center as a Fulfillment Center Operations Intern. This internship provides a hands-on learning experience in warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain operations within a fast-paced fulfillment center environment. Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for current undergraduate students (rising juniors and seniors preferred) who are pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Ideal candidates will have a passion for warehouse operations, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to learning. Key Responsibilities: Assist in warehouse and fulfillment center operations, including inventory management, order processing, and workflow optimization. Work on real-world supply chain challenges, analyzing data and providing insights to improve efficiency. Collaborate with warehouse teams and leadership to identify process improvements and implement best practices. Support logistics, distribution, and operational planning efforts to ensure timely order fulfillment. Utilize analytical tools and reports to monitor key performance metrics and suggest improvements. Participate in cross-functional projects, working closely with various teams to understand end-to-end fulfillment center operations. Gain exposure to automation technologies, warehouse management systems, and industry-leading fulfillment center strategies. What You Bring: Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related program. A strong passion for warehouse operations and supply chain management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Eagerness to learn new challenges and take initiative.
