Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Oversee procurement and manage project documentation.
