Commercial Credit Analyst II

Commercial Credit Analyst II BNC is seeking a meticulous and experienced commercial credit professional who takes pride in high-quality, detailed analysis and is looking to establish a long-term career with a relationship-driven community bank. This role is ideal for someone with proven commercial loan credit analysis experience who values accuracy, sound judgement, and collaboration. As a Credit Analyst II, you'll provide support to our commercial lenders in credit analysis and monitoring of financial reporting with customers to ensure that commercial loans are in compliance with specific covenants, policies, and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze commercial credit packages, including financial statement spreads, cash flow analysis, and risk assessments Support lenders with timely, accurate credit analysis to facilitate sound lending decisions Ensure credit files and documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements Identify credit risks and trends and clearly communicate findings to lending and credit teams Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting established deadlines Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on delivering excellent work Desired Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of three (3) years of commercial loan credit analysis experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent organizations and time-management skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills On-site presence required in Glendale, AZ Why BNC National Bank?
