Job Description

Administrative Assistant Experienced administrative assistant to assist project managers and management. Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and submission of bids and proposals in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) from clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and project management to gather necessary information for bids. Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track bid progress and maintain accurate records of client interactions. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that can enhance bid competitiveness. Develop strategic planning initiatives that align with overall business objectives to improve bidding processes. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties. Maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through effective customer relationship management. Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform bidding strategies. Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: Lead the preparation and submission of bids and proposals in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) from clients. Education: High School Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: Proven experience in bid management or a related field, with a background in business development and sales. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and project management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality bids. Negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization. Experience in marketing strategies that support bid development is a plus.
