Our work is pre-sold, clearly scoped, and managed not rushed, not negotiated in the field. We are hiring a W-2 Technician to join our core production team. This role is ideal for someone who wants steady work, strong pay, and a professional environment without sales pressure or 1099 uncertainty. No Selling Ever All jobs are pre-sold before they reach the field. No estimates to write No upselling or closing No "while I'm here" pressure Scope changes are handled by the office and foreman Your job is to execute quality work, not sell. What You'll Be Doing Performing Standard Work (defined, single-scope repairs and installs) Executing Managed Work (multi-day or multi-trade projects with planning support) Working from clear scopes and schedules Communicating with the foreman to keep jobs on track Representing a trusted brand in customers' homes What This Job Is (and Is Not) This IS: Consistent, scheduled work Clear expectations and scope A W-2 position with stability A craftsmanship-focused role This is NOT: A sales or commission role A 1099 gig Piece-rate or rush-and-run work A company that overloads techs to chase volume Pay, Hours & Vehicle Compensation $28$30 per hour (W-2) depending on experience 3235 hour guaranteed weekly floor (conditional on availability & performance) Paid for: On-site work Job-to-job travel during the workday Required meetings and training Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate for: Job-to-job travel Job-related supply runs (Commute to first job and home from last job are not reimbursed) Opportunity for performance bonuses tied to productivity and quality (not sales) Consistent weekday schedule (MondayFriday) What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential repair or remodeling experience Strong skills in: Carpentry Drywall Light plumbing Light electrical General repairs Ability to work independently within a defined process Professional communication and clean jobsite habits Pride in workmanship and customer experience Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided as needed) What You'll Appreciate Here No selling pressure Jobs that are properly priced and managed No expectation to donate labor or "make it work for free" A foreman who supports you instead of micromanaging An office team that schedules intelligently A company building a calm, long-term operation Who This Role Is Not For This role is not a fit if you: Prefer commission-based or sales-driven work Rely on side jobs during the week Dislike schedules or accountability Are looking for temporary or seasonal work
