Job Description

Clinical Specialist With Stryker's Spine Enabling Technologies The Clinical Specialist with Stryker's Spine Enabling Technologies will provide clinical product support to all end users and provide on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures. Responsibilities include: Providing surgeons and operating room staff with training and clinical/technical support in the operation of the company's navigation technologies, associated equipment and instruments to ensure procedural efficiency. Establishing and maintaining relationships with OR and hospital staff including surgeons and nurses. Preparing pre-operative scans for use in conjunction with the company's Enabling Technologies system, assisting surgeons in preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance. Providing prompt and accurate complaint reports per the requirements of Stryker Enabling Technologies quality system. Providing case coverage at accounts. Supporting the execution of the sales plan as well as growing the utilization of navigation technologies by increasing volume with current and potential customers. Actively selling the clinical benefits of the products, and building strong, positive relationships with key customers at target accounts. Collaborating with Sales Representatives and Marketing to increase communication around product performance. Obtaining purchase orders for products and services consumed during surgical procedures. Requirements include: Bachelor's degree or 6 years of clinical experience. Preferred: Sales and/or marketing experience. Additional Information: This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids. In compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Stryker will provide a safe working environment for all employees. Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs. Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
