Freight Loader (full cargo aircraft loader)

Freight Loader The Freight Loader at Makers Air is responsible for safely and efficiently loading, unloading, and transporting cargo and freight between aircraft and MA Hangers, office building or airport terminal. They may also help guide planes into their berths, secure the aircraft, and operate equipment such as cargo loaders, lift trucks, and ramp tractors. Key Responsibilities: Sorting and organizing cargo Preparing freight for shipment Loading/unloading the aircraft Assisting with other tasks necessary for flight preparation Ensuring the safety of all aircraft, cargo, equipment, and personnel Qualifications: Must have the flexibility to work very early morning shifts (5:30am) including weekends and holidays Must be able to lift over 50lbs Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Must pass pre-employment screenings including a drug test and FAA criminal background test Minimum 1 year Freight or Warehouse experience Working Conditions: Full-time position based at Makers Air FXE.
