CNC Machine Technician

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining CNC machines. This role requires strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and direct experience working on enclosed CNC machines with controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in diagnosing, disassembling, repairing, and maintaining CNC equipment, as well as supporting auxiliary industrial systems. Key Responsibilities: Repair and maintain the operating condition of CNC machines, particularly enclosed CNC equipment. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, disassemble components as needed, and perform necessary repairs. Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete maintenance and service tasks. Install, maintain, and repair ancillary systems including: Water pumps Cooling towers Air handlers Heat exchangers Supply & exhaust fans Steam traps Condensate return units Flange piping Process instrumentation Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to perform maintenance duties. Qualifications & Experience: Hands-on experience working with enclosed CNC machines. Experience troubleshooting and repairing machines with Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controls. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Experience using power tools, diagnostic tools, and electrical meters. Background in industrial maintenance or CNC machine repair is highly preferred. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs. Experience working in a manufacturing or machine shop environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
