Project Manager - Multifamily Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address project-related concerns. Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations in Houston. Identify and resolve any project-related issues promptly. Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
