Purchasing Agent With Industrial Packaging Experience Imperial Dade has a Purchasing Agent with Industrial Packaging experience role available in Arden Hills, MN! Salary Range: 65,000 to 75,000 per year Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm The Purchasing Agent with Industrial Packaging experience will be a product expert, interacting with the Sales team and suppliers to meet our customers' needs. The Purchasing Agent will work closely with suppliers on pricing, inventory availability, new items, and complementary/substitute items. You will: Manage the creation and maintenance of all items for assigned vendor lines Maintain a clear line of communication with our suppliers and Sales team Negotiate and resolve supplier performance issues impacting costs and customer service. Achieve in-stock service level targets, response times, and inventory need dates Continue improvement of KPIs for out-of-stock items and inventory turns Continuously monitor demand forecasting to ensure accuracy You have: A bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience 3+ years of buying Industrial Packaging Products experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel A collaborative approach and the ability to build effective relationships We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 7,500 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
