Required Skills: Valid WV RN license and certification as a CRNA Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in Cerner EMR system Flexibility to work various shifts, including 3 12-hour shifts or 5-8 hour shifts, with willingness to work weekends (minimal) and occasional night shifts Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in ambulatory surgery centers or hospital ORs Familiarity with multiple surgical disciplines (e.g., neuro, cardiac, vascular, orthopedic) Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments and patient needs Bilingual communication skills Preferred Education and Experience: Graduate degree in Nursing or Anesthesia from an accredited institution At least 2 years of recent anesthesia practice in a hospital or surgical setting Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Other Requirements: Candidates must be willing to obtain or hold an active WV licensure Ability to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) and flexibility for occasional weekend shifts Credentialing process typically takes 60-90 days All travel, licensure, certification, and other expenses reimbursed as applicable Enjoy a rewarding career with a competitive hourly pay rate of $205.14, comprehensive benefits package, weekly pay via direct deposit, and a dedicated support team committed to your success.
