Communicates with physician(s)/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. The value you'll bring to the team: Assist the physician in providing medical care to patients in the physician practice setting Documents pertinent information in patient charts by dictation or handwriting Instructs patients for procedures, makes appointments and answers medically related phone calls at physician's direction. Performs venipuncture; administers injections; aids in diagnostic procedures Takes patient vital signs and accurately documents these.
