Home Infusion Registered Nurse (IVIG Therapy) Dallas, TX | Part Time Hourly Pay: $40.00 $45.00 (Based on Experience) Service Site: Patient located in the Dallas area Flexible Scheduling | Mileage Reimbursement Overview We are seeking an experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide IVIG (Intravenous Immunoglobulin) infusions for stable outpatient cases in the Dallas, Texas area. This recurring part time opportunity offers flexibility, independence, and meaningful one-on-one patient interaction. The nurse will deliver safe and compassionate care in the patient's home, supported by a responsive care coordination team and specialty pharmacy partner. Key Responsibilities Administer IVIG and other specialty infusions according to provider orders and established protocols. Assess and monitor patient condition before, during, and after therapy for adverse reactions. Start and manage IV access including peripheral lines, PICCs, and ports. Educate patients and caregivers about infusion therapy, medications, and home care best practices. Maintain accurate clinical documentation compliant with professional and regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with coordination and pharmacy teams to ensure safe and timely care delivery. Qualifications Required: Active RN license in the State of Texas (or Compact State) Minimum of 1 year of recent IV infusion or acute care nursing experience Proficiency with IV starts, vascular access, and infusion pump operation Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance Preferred: Prior IVIG or home infusion therapy experience CRNI certification or similar infusion specialty credential Compensation & Schedule Hourly Pay: $40.00 $45.00 based on experience Mileage Reimbursement: Provided for all patient-related travel Flexible Visit Scheduling: Arranged in advance with the patient and coordination team Prompt Direct Deposit Payment after each completed visit cycle Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for a skilled infusion nurse who values autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to provide patient-centered care in a relaxed home environment.
