Construction Estimator

Construction Estimator To oversee the full estimating processfrom scheduling and reviewing estimates to maintaining strong client communication and tracking project outcomes. This role partners closely with estimators, project management, and leadership to ensure accuracy, performance alignment, and clear reporting. It also supports marketing initiatives through contributions to promotional materials and website updates. Required: This position requires excellent drawing review skills Working well with clients Managing a small team of estimators Working closely with the company owner Working with the marketing team 1-3 years' experience related to a Construction Estimating role Job Responsibilities: Schedule estimates and assign them to estimator(s). Review estimates, including rounding, checking write-ups, discussing with estimators, and performing quick drawing checks. Following up with clients and record estimates as won or lost. Act as a liaison between clients and the estimation team, developing strong client relationships. Estimate projects and meet departmental goals. Meet with Project Management to review estimates on new jobs. Review reports to ensure estimators are achieving goals. Run, analyze, and present reports on estimating leadership monthly. Meet with Leadership to review estimates versus actuals on jobs won and completed. Work with Marketing to develop promotional e-blasts and webpage changes. Pay Rate: $33.65/hr. ($70k/yr.)
