Assistant Project Manager - Education Commercial Projects The client is a long-established, family-built construction firm known for delivering complex commercial, education, and light industrial projects with a high level of professionalism and care. Job Description Work directly with the PM to run the project. Support project planning, coordination, and documentation to keep schedules, budgets, and deliverables on track. Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project logs to ensure clear communication and accurate records. Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to resolve field issues, track progress, and maintain quality. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and trade partners to clarify design intent and maintain alignment. Assist with procurement, material tracking, and cost control to support smooth project execution. Experience working on education, commercial, retail, or industrial projects $5-20MM+. Passion to grow into a Project Manager and eventually run your own project portfolio. Strong communicator and leadership skills. Ability to be mentored and trained. What's on Offer Base salary up to $105,000. Performance based bonus. Clear path to PM.
