This individual will need to be able to communicate effectively, be a fast learner, and have great customer service. The perfect candidate should have knowledge of Orthodontics and possess the ability to close treatment cases. Requirements: One or more years of dental office experience Bilingual is required Must be able to communicate face to face, through email, and phone Must be team-oriented and willing to collaborate with others. Must have a patient first philosophy. Ability to treatment plan and go over the plan with patient at the end of their visit. Making sure information has been entered correctly. Gets copy of insurance card. Collects Monies when required. Making sure follow up appointments have been scheduled. Initial audit. Schedule Patients- Appointments are made correctly and are communicated correctly Medical Records- Makes sure all records and consents are completed Calling patients with insurance estimates and if necessary/verifying insurance benefits Completing data reporting in a timely manner, handling incoming/outgoing phone calls. Treatment Plans/Charges- Present treatment plans efficiently and effectively. Have high ability to close cases. Is able to accurately answer insurance/finance questions pertaining to the treatment plan.
