Sunset Park Community Services Brooklyn, New York Clinician- (MHC-LP, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT) Per Diem, Remote or Hybrid Position Summary: Sunset Park Community Services is an OMH (MHOTRS) program in Brooklyn. We provide comprehensive mental health services to children, adults and families. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality, person-centered mental health care to individuals with a range of behavioral health needs. We are seeking a clinician to deliver evidence-based interventions in an outpatient setting and support clients in achieving their goals through individualized treatment planning and therapy. The position reports to the Clinic Supervisor or Clinic Director. This position can be fully remote, hybrid or in-person. Responsibilities: Provides culturally competent psychotherapy for patients. Provides psychosocial evaluations for patients. Complete clinical documentation. Practices in collaboration with clinic psychiatrist and other members of multi-disciplinary team to manage patient care. Assesses the multidimensional needs of patients and develops and implements care plans. Participates in clinical meetings, patient care conferences and informal discussion with health care and mental health program staff. Provides patient psycho-education relative to mental health issues. Demonstrates an understanding of the management and care of the child/family and adult behavioral health population. Participates in supervision, staff meetings and case conferencing. Qualifications: Licensed as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (MHC-LP, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT) Experience with telehealth preferred. Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian preferred Additional information: Minimum of 5 hours of clinical services per week $45-$55/hour Clinical supervision hours towards licensure available
