Commercial Project Manager We are partnering with a leading General Contractor in Indianapolis, specializing in large-scale commercial construction projects. Their long-standing success is rooted in a deep commitment to people. Job Description Develop and maintain the master project schedule, ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones. Lead projects through all phases, from preconstruction planning to completion and closeout. Oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and quality across all sites (preferred). Manage large-scale commercial projects valued at over $10 million, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget (required). Utilize Procore construction management software for project documentation, communication, and coordination (required). The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong track record of managing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Proven experience leading large-scale commercial projects over $10 million in value (required). Proficiency in Procore for project management, documentation, and communication (required). Strong ability to develop and maintain a master schedule, coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate teams and resolve challenges proactively. A strong focus on safety, quality control, and adherence to construction best practices. Experience in working with diverse project types (e.g., education, healthcare, commercial office, mixed-use) is a plus.
