What's the job? Process 800+ invoices per week with accuracy and efficiency Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable tasks from invoice entry to payment Reconcile expense accounts, prepaids, accruals and other balance sheet items Support monthly and quarterly close processes Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies Ensure AP compliance with internal policies and controls Use SAP / S4 HANA ERP systems daily What's needed? 35 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience Strong reconciliation and month-end close support skills Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and highly organized Experience with SAP / S4 HANA strongly preferred What's in it for me?
