This opportunity is within a high-acuity pediatric critical care environment. Position Overview Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) 12-hour night shifts Every other weekend required Some holidays required Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center experience required Requirements Current New York State RN Registration BLS certification required Minimum 3 years of recent (within the past 2 years) PICU experience Experience in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma centers required Travelers must have experience in hospitals of equal or greater size/acuity EPIC experience preferred Strong pediatric critical care assessment and clinical skills Responsibilities Provide high-level critical care to pediatric patients Perform comprehensive nursing assessments Manage complex PICU cases with minimal orientation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes Maintain excellent communication with families and care teams If you are a highly skilled PICU RN seeking a challenging night shift opportunity in a trauma-capable facility, we would love to connect.
