Executive Assistant We are representing a dynamic serial entrepreneur who oversees a diverse portfolio of successful businesses. We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant who is more than a scheduleryou are a strategic partner and operational anchor. This role is designed for a proactive, finance-savvy professional who can manage the complexities of a multi-business lifestyle, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while maintaining a high-level view of financial health. Primary Responsibilities: Strategic Scheduling & Logistics: Manage a complex, ever-shifting calendar across multiple companies; coordinate domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries. Financial Reporting & QuickBooks: Oversee and review QuickBooks entries, generate financial reports, and maintain an organized pulse on the entrepreneur's various business accounts and personal financial obligations. Cross-Business Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the Entrepreneur and the leadership teams of their various holdings to ensure alignment and follow-through on key initiatives. Administrative Excellence: Handle high-level correspondence, document preparation, and special projects that require a deep understanding of the owner's vision and priorities. Experience and Qualifications: Executive Support: 5+ years of experience assisting C-Suite executives or entrepreneurs, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Finance Background: Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and a solid understanding of financial statements, reporting, and basic accounting principles. Adaptability: A "no task too big or too small" mentality with the ability to pivot instantly as business needs evolve. Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly sensitive financial and personal information with total confidentiality. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to command respect from business leaders while remaining approachable and supportive. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80,000.00 - $100,000.00
