Travel RN Job Details Position: Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D) / Postpartum (OB RN) Location: Bemidji, MN 56601 (Minnesota travel nursing) Start Date: 03/16/2026 End Date: 06/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Shift Duration: 12 hours Shift: Rotating days/nights Schedule Notes: Every 3rd weekend; rotating holidays Care Setting: Acute care hospital Charting/EMR: Epic (Epic EMR) Scrub Color: Navy Blue Orientation: Equipment and unit orientation on first day Travel Nurse Requirements (L&D / Postpartum) Experience: 2 years of recent OB/L&D nursing experience with Postpartum experience required License: Active Minnesota RN license (must be active prior to start) Certifications (required): BLS (AHA) , ACLS (AHA) , NRP Preferred: PALS EMR: Epic experience requested/preferred—if you have used another EMR, please list it Float: Must be willing to float as needed (primarily helping hands; may take Med-Surg patients and float to Med-Surg & Tele as needed) Prior employment disclosure: Please disclose any prior work history with the facility; if previously employed, a 6-month separation is required prior to submission Key Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate labor and delivery nursing care for laboring patients , postpartum couplets , and stable antepartum patients Support care for newborns , pediatrics , and GYN patients; assist with Med-Surg overflow as needed Serve as a 2nd RN in the special care nursery (SCN) as needed; L&D circulating RN experience is a plus Document accurately and efficiently in Epic and follow unit policies (including badging in/out) Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary team members to maintain patient flow and deliver patient- and family-centered care Utilize common unit equipment including Omnicell, Philips vitals machines, bladder scanner, breast pumps, call light system, and infusion pumps Apply now to join our healthcare team for this Travel L&D/Postpartum RN contract in Bemidji, MN 56601 .
