Traveling - Quality Control Manager

A Quality Control Manager on federal construction projects oversees all inspection, testing, and documentation processes to ensure the work meets contract requirements, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines. They coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and government representatives to verify compliance, manage quality procedures, and resolve issues that could affect performance or acceptance. Description Leading partnering and QC coordination meetings Executing and documenting all three phases of control Reviewing and approving submittals Ensuring required testing is completed Preparing certifications and QC records Managing QC specialists, testing staff, and inspectors Coordinating activities requiring Special Inspection involvement Profile Minimum of 10 years combined experience in the following positions: Super, QCM, PM, PE or CM on similar size and type construction contracts ($50M+) At least 4 years' experience as a QCM on similar size and scope projects. Must be familiar with the requirements of the EM 385-1-1. Have experience in the areas of hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability. Read and write the English language.
