Entry Level Client Service Representative North Palm Beach brokerage firm is seeking an Entry level Client Service Representative to add to their dynamic team. This is an entry-level position and the successful candidate should possess strong organizational and time management skills, must have an analytical mindset and enjoy math/numbers. Duties and Responsibilities for the Entry level Client Service Representative: Assist with opening new accounts Review and process client documents and trade instructions Interface with Operations Dept. to ensure proper paperwork and clear instructions for accurate trade entry are available. Facilitate in buying and selling of deposits and withdrawals. Communicate & support our Financial Advisors across the country. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree is a plus but not required Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (will be tested) Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to learn and adapt to change. Desire/ability to work successfully in a small team environment. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $40,000.00 - $42,500.00
