Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Scheduler located in Cleveland Heights, OH. The Healthcare Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, communicating effectively with clients, families, and staff, and ensuring that all appointments are organized efficiently. Additionally, the Scheduler will work closely with the care team to prioritize and adjust schedules in response to patient needs while adhering to established policies and procedures. And perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational and time management abilities High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration or related field is preferred Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Pay & Benefits: $20-$25 per hour Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
