Assistant Manager Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 2256 S Grand Blvd in St. Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance. Responsibilities include: Leading and motivating a team of employees, fostering a positive and efficient work environment Overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer service Training and developing team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally Assisting in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized workspace Collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve performance targets and improve store metrics Handling cash management and basic accounting tasks Participating in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members Adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Qualifications include: Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop others Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven problem-solving abilities and sound judgment Basic computer proficiency for managing store systems and reports Customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment Food service experience, particularly in pizza or fast food operations, is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role Benefits include: Flexible scheduling -- full & part-time positions available Competitive wages 1 week of PTO Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid training program Opportunity to become a Domino's Franchisee!
