Operations Excellence Intern The Operations Excellence Intern will be a part of the Operations Excellence team working across various business functions to help improve processes across the Bank. Our interns are invaluable to the team, and we appreciate the unique perspectives and fresh ideas they bring to our projects. What you'll do Support the coordination of AgFirst's Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Operations Excellence Program Setup, support, and/or lead meetings with various stakeholders at the Bank Assist management with data collection and analytics Track the phases of the various projects and report on those status through management dashboards Develop management dashboards to track the various metrics of the LSS Operations Excellence Program Maintain LSS SharePoint site with updated documents and site permissions What you'll need Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Finance Students who have gone through LSS training and completed a LSS project are preferred AgFirst Farm Credit Bank provides financing, as well as technology and other value-added services, to association partners so they can lend to rural residents and agricultural operations of all sizes.
