Job Description

HR & Administrative Assistant H2O Away is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented HR & Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across multiple departments and act as administrator. This role works closely with the Executive Office Manager and plays a key part in HR coordination, office administration, recruitment support, and internal organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Support Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork, system access, and coordination with management Support HR processes such as personnel file maintenance and compliance tracking Monitor and manage the recruitment center, including job postings and applicant flow Assist with employee communications and internal HR coordination Administrative & Office Support Serve as the lead administrator, providing organizational and administrative support Assist the Executive Office Manager with scheduling, documentation, and special projects Order and maintain office supplies and equipment Manage uniform inventory, ordering, and distribution Referral payouts & tracking Vendor & Compliance Coordination Monitor and maintain vendor W-9 forms and related documentation Assist with vendor setup and internal tracking Marketing & Support Functions Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and assembling promotional marketing boxes Lead and monitor PEX Cards as directed Provide general administrative support to marketing initiatives as needed General Duties Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across departments Support internal processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Handle confidential information with discretion Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in administrative support, HR assistance, or office management preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency with basic office software and systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively Why Work at H2O Away Stable, full-time position Opportunity to work closely with leadership Hands-on role with variety and growth potential Supportive, team-focused environment
