The Healthcare Payments Client Executive serves as the strategic representative of U.S. Bank Merchant Services for a portfolio of high-value healthcare clients. This role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction, retention, and profitability by delivering expert guidance and innovative payment solutions tailored to the healthcare sector. The Client Executive acts as the primary escalation point for both internal and external client concerns, ensuring seamless management and resolution of complex issues. Key Responsibilities Oversee and cultivate relationships with strategic healthcare accounts, focusing on long-term growth and retention. Analyze client data and industry trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations that enhance operational performance. Deliver consultative support to healthcare organizations, addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion. Present performance results and strategic solutions to clients, leveraging deep industry knowledge to drive value. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that address client needs and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Five to eight years of sales/relationship management experience in the healthcare/financial services industry Ability to travel Preferred Skills and Experience: Extensive expertise in the healthcare industry, including revenue cycle management and merchant processing solutions Proven ability to consult with healthcare organizations, providing strategic direction and problem-solving support Advanced analytical skills for interpreting data and leading cross-functional teams toward effective solutions Demonstrated proficiency in sales and marketing within the healthcare sector Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams Location: The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $94,010.00 - $110,600.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
