Network Adjusters is seeking an experienced Subrogation Specialist to join our third-party administrative insurance handling team. This role supports the identification, investigation, negotiation, and recovery of primarily Commercial Automobile subrogation claims, ensuring consistent, high-quality claims management in alignment with industry best practices. About the Role The Subrogation Specialist is responsible for identifying, investigating, pursuing, and resolving subrogation opportunities related primarily to Commercial Automobile claims. This role requires analytical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with carriers, attorneys, policyholders, and internal departments. You will research paid claims, identify legal liability, coordinate recovery efforts, and pursue collections through negotiation, arbitration, or litigation referral when necessary. This is a desk-based role. Responsibilities Identify and research subrogation opportunities on applicable claims Assist in the recovery of overpayments involving duplicate coverage, workers compensation, and no-fault claims Determine legal liability and pursue, negotiate, and settle subrogation recoveries Research paid claims, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal departments, insurance adjusters, attorneys, and members Communicate and interact with policyholders and clients professionally and effectively File arbitration demands and/or assign matters to litigation counsel or collection agencies when appropriate Qualifications College degree or technical degree 13 years of related insurance subrogation experience Excellent customer service skills Strong computer proficiency, grammar, and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail with effective time management and decision-making skills High-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven professional Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment Ability to obtain required Adjuster licenses to meet business needs Completion of continuing education requirements to maintain licensure Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $32.00 per hour Training, development, and career growth opportunities 401(k) with company match and retirement planning Paid time off and company-paid holidays Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability Supplemental life insurance and optional short-term disability Strong work/family and employee assistance programs Employee referral program Location ????
