Urgent requirement accel bi is Hiring – C2H Project Manager | SharePoint Online Implementation | Oviedo, FL (Hybrid) accel bi is hiring a SharePoint Online Project Manager for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunity supporting a large-scale municipal Microsoft 365 implementation. Location: Oviedo, FL (Hybrid – Onsite as Required) Engagement Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H) About the Opportunity This role will lead the end-to-end implementation of a modern SharePoint Online environment supporting approximately 340 internal users across multiple departments, including a secure public safety division. The environment includes Microsoft 365 E3 licensing, Active Directory / Entra authentication, and CJIS compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities • Lead the full lifecycle SharePoint Online implementation • Develop and manage project timelines and delivery milestones • Facilitate weekly stakeholder and status meetings • Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, UX, and security resources • Ensure compliance with CJIS security policies and governance standards • Oversee documentation, reporting, and knowledge transfer activities • Manage post-implementation support during stabilization phase Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online projects • Proven delivery experience in municipal or government IT environments • Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture and governance • Experience integrating Active Directory / Entra ID • Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills Preferred Certifications • PMP (Highly Preferred) • Microsoft 365 certification Security Requirement Candidates must be CJIS certified or willing to obtain certification prior to accessing the secure environment.
