We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting professional to support and contribute to the continued growth of our Accounting Department. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, collaboration, and providing world-class service to an expanding customer base. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing contracts to ensure invoicing aligns with specific contract terms Preparing and generating accurate customer invoices in a timely manner Communicating billing issues and resolutions clearly, professionally, and promptly Analyzing and revising billing documents for accuracy and completeness Maintaining compliance with internal controls related to billing processes This position is based out of our Corporate Office in Reading, PA.
