Job Description: Looking for the ultimate in work/life balance for CDL A driving? At The Forward Group, and Amazon Freight Partner, we work 3 days/wk in our Solo1 Program. We run day cabs and get our team home to Chattanooga EVERY shift. We do more than just talk about safety and we understand our company succeeds or fails through our Drivers. While we run days and nights, we are currently only Hiring for Afternoon/Evening start times! What you do: Run 12-14 hour shifts 3 days/week! Simplified trucking- No Touch Drop and Hook. No doubles, no triples, no HAZMAT. Our Team places safety first and we ensure compliance at every level to safeguard your CDL and our Authority! What we do: Have you home daily Pay you 40 HRS/WK- $22/hr + OT possibility + Performance bonus Provide Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans Provide PTO/vacation annually at 4% per hour worked Provide 401k with 4% matching Provide year round, stable work you can rely on Treat you with the respect you deserve and keep your safety as everyone's priority What you need: If you can't drive without smoking in a truck or you aren't interested in cleaning trucks at the end of every shift then DO NOT APPLY- we care about our team and our equipment! Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A Commercial Driver License Clean Motor Vehicle Record, DOT Med Card, and a good DAC/PSP reports Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen The ability to effectively use handheld technology and smart phone apps The ability to work 12-14 HR shifts while driving a Class A tractor with 53' dry van trailer, driving up to 11 Hours/day We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
