Project Manager

My client is currently looking for a Construction Project Manager to support major commercial projects in the Phoenix area. They're a strong full-service mechanical contractor that has been serving the state of Arizona for 40+ years with many active projects in the pipeline right now and a strong backlog for future growth. They specialize in commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. They have a strong reputation in the Phoenix area and have won many awards for their work and culture! What you will be doing: Overseeing complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring they are on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role provides leadership to project teams, drives customer satisfaction, manages financial performance, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and operational processes. The Construction PM serves as a key decision-maker, mentor, and problem-solver, capable of managing multiple large-scale HVAC and Plumbing projects valued at $1M+. This role requires site visits, collaboration with install teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
