We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP)either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantwith a strong interest in breast and gynecologic oncology to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside six dedicated oncologists, two experienced APPs, and a collaborative care team including social workers, nurses, and support staff. The APP will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care across the continuumfrom diagnosis through treatment and survivorship. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who thrives in a team-based environment and is passionate about oncology care. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in collaboration with oncologists, including assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up. Manage oncology-related symptoms and treatment side effects. Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and care planning meetings. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and supportive care. Coordinate care with internal and external providers, including surgical and radiation oncology. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as appropriate. Qualifications: New Grads will not be considered at this time. Minimum of 2+ years of NPPA experience in Oncology. Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP or AGPCNP. Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice. Additional Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of NPPA in Oncology. New Grads will not be considered. Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required. ACLS certification can be obtained up to 6 months after hire. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Exemption Status: Exempt Compensation Detail: Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
