Job Description Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for healthcare construction projects based on project plans, specifications, and site assessments. Blueprint Analysis: Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings to identify materials, labor, and equipment requirements. Bid Preparation: Develop competitive bids by researching and analyzing market conditions, subcontractor quotes, and material costs. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure estimates align with project goals and budgets. Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking project expenses and providing updates to ensure adherence to budgets throughout the construction process. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in project scope and pricing, offering solutions to mitigate them. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project changes for future reference and audits.
