Culture of compassion: Help us make a positive impact on every life we touch Competitive Pay: $60,500-$75,000/year + credit for experience and shift differentials Schedule: This role is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm, with inclusion in an on-call rotation Investing in You: Enjoy a comprehensive, quality benefits package Supportive Team: We value our team members just as much as the people we serve Quick Hiring: Apply?today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do: Oversee the care and services rendered to the clients of St Mark Village Home Health Complete Start of Care assessments, follow-up visits, and accurate OASIS documentation in compliance with regulations Support private duty services, including handling inquiries, completing assessments, and filling in for shifts when needed Participate in an on-call rotation and collaborate with the care team to ensure residents needs are met Mentor and support clinical staff to maintain high standards of care and compliance Follow all safety, infection control, documentation, and mandatory reporting policies What You'll Need: Must have a current Florida Registered Nurse License (required) Bachelors degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Two years of management or supervisory experience in a health care setting preferred Complies and maintains current CPR certification (required) Knowledge of governmental regulations and ACHC standards Benefits Available to Qualified Employees: Medical Dental Vision HSA Short and Long-term Disability Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance Employee Assistance Program We accept applications on an ongoing basis to keep our talent pool ready.
