Game Operations Intern

Job Responsibilities Assist with user and community operations, monitor community dynamics, identify trending topics and player needs, maintain community interaction atmosphere Assist with content operations and marketing strategy support, participate in content planning and creation, track content data and assist in strategy optimization Assist with cross-department communication and coordination, facilitate online/offline event execution Conduct research on mature products in the North American market and produce analysis reports Who We Look For Gaming Enthusiast: Deep gaming player with broad knowledge and passion for various games Community Operations Skills: Familiar with mainstream North American gaming community platforms, understanding of North American player culture and community ecosystem Communication and Coordination Skills: Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, able to effectively communicate with players, teams, and partners Strong Learning Ability: Able to quickly learn new tools and platforms, adapt to fast-paced work environment Strong interest in the gaming industry, following industry trends Basic proficiency in office software and design tools Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit Preferred Qualifications Experience in game community management or content creation Familiarity with social media platform algorithms and operation strategies Skills in video editing, graphic design, etc. Familiarity with data analysis tools Location: US-California-Irvine Co-working, US-California-Los Angeles The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $22.33 to $42.70 per hour. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, full-time interns are also eligible to enroll in the Company-sponsored medical plan.
