Primarily work on large-scale academic & healthcare projects in Connecticut - also do public/community & industrial. This position will be a combo of on-site / in-office, some jobs 100% onsite. Job Description The Project Manager - Academic Construction will: Oversee all phases of academic construction projects, from pre-construction to completion. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and manage project budgets and schedules to achieve objectives efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites. Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues promptly. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management. Foster strong working relationships with all project team members and partners. Maintain thorough documentation and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
