Maintenance Technician As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining facility machinery and equipment, including injection mold machines, pumps, motors, water/air lines, vibration feed systems, conveyor systems, vacuum systems, and core builders. You will engage in both reactive (75%) and preventative (25%) maintenance and identify parts required for repairs by utilizing bill of materials, parts lists, manuals, and drawings. Additionally, you will disassemble machines to repair or replace broken parts and utilize the SAP Plant Maintenance CMM system to document planned and future repairs. Responsibilities Inspect and maintain various facility machinery and equipment. Conduct a mix of reactive and preventative maintenance tasks. Identify necessary parts for repairs using technical documents. Disassemble machines to repair or replace broken components. Document planned and future repairs using the SAP Plant Maintenance CMM system. Essential Skills 4+ years of experience in troubleshooting industrial machinery and equipment. 4+ years of experience in hydraulic and pneumatic system diagnostics. 4+ years of experience in industrial electrical troubleshooting up to 480v, including handling motors, switchgears, safety circuits, disconnects, fuses, relays, VFDs, photo eyes, and power distribution devices. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with PLCs is a plus. Experience in a fast-paced, automotive facility is a plus. Understanding of Arc Flash is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dayton, OH.
