Join Our Product Management Team Be a part of the Product Management team for FOX Factory Performance Vehicle Development (PVD), the division that specializes in custom upfit packages on Ford, General Motors, and Stellantis vehicles. Assist in the management of new program launches by facilitating communication between internal departments and with external suppliers. Source innovative new products and ensure a reliable future supply chain. Position Responsibilities: Build and maintain quality supplier relations. Help source new supplier/manufacturing options Coordinate on supplier research & vetting efforts Manage NDAs as needed Facilitate Vendor Agreements Help facilitate communication with suppliers. Assist in reviewing & approving part quotes and lead times Help ensure suppliers are meeting expectations Request Supplier Set-ups Issue Tooling & Sample POs Communicate timing of tools and flag any items that are at risk of being late (anything that could risk hitting target Production Start Date) Help monitor on-going supplier performance. Schedule meetings &/or visits Participate in on-site audits/visits Maintain Approved Supplier Database Identify trending quality issues through regular communication with Production Integration, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service. Maintain Tool Log: On-site and Off-site Assets Specific Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities: Understanding of Automotive Industry Flexible with good interpersonal skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and oral communication skills Diligent, hardworking, and detail oriented Capable of taking direction Competencies: Customer Mindset: Exceptional customer experience is primary focus while performing job duties. Position Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Technical degree or equivalent experience required Experience: 5+ years of Automotive Supply Chain or Sales Experience preferred. Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Office or production/manufacturing environment depending on assignment. May be required to lift 20 lbs. on occasion. May be required to walk, stand, sit, bend and/or lift for long periods of time.
