Your primary responsibilities include acting as the key link between the headquarters and the assigned region's branches, staying up-to-date with company policies, ensuring focus on increased sales, and building productive customer relations. The successful candidate will be in charge of the region's day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies and guidelines. What You'll Bring (Requirements): Multi-unit restaurant management experience in fast-casual restaurant concepts, preferred Proficient in restaurant operations, front/ back of house, and point of sale systems Experienced in leading a team through objective measures of performance Advanced understanding of the decision-making process, deliverable prioritization, and timelines Advanced ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate decisions while motivating assigned teams Strong understanding of restaurant functions, including training, recruiting, and delegating certain tasks Requires 75% travel within the home and surrounding markets Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment.
