Franchise Business Coach Drive Performance. Elevate Franchisees. Build the Brand As a Franchise Business Coach, you directly impact franchisee performance, profitability, and long-term success. This role goes beyond support as you are a strategic partner, operational expert, and accountability leader guiding franchisees from the time they open through every stage of growth. You'll combine relationship-driven coaching with data-backed decision-making, helping business owners interpret their numbers, prioritize the right actions, and execute consistently. The ideal candidate is a self-directed professional who can take ownership of their territory, prioritize effectively, and execute with minimal day-to-day oversight. Travel requirement: 4050% across multiple states. Franchisee Coaching & Performance Management Conduct monthly business reviews focused on KPIs, financial performance, and operational execution Perform annual in-field operational evaluations Tailor coaching based on each franchisee's business maturity and goals Facilitate goal setting and structured action planning Hold franchisees accountable through clear follow-up and measurable progress tracking Coach through staffing, pricing, marketing, leadership, and customer service challenges Support financial literacy and profitability analysis Identify struggling franchisees early and implement structured improvement plans Foster collaboration and best-practice sharing across the system Operational Design & System Development Translate strategic vision into SOPs, playbooks, checklists, and workflows Develop operational tools, job aids, and operational resources Pilot new initiatives, gather feedback, and refine before system-wide rollout Identify system-wide trends and recommend performance improvements Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards Training & Communication Support new franchisees with structured early-stage coaching Deliver training at regional meetings, virtual sessions, and annual events Communicate updates clearly to drive adoption and alignment Serve as liaison between franchisees and corporate teams What Makes You Successful in This Role You build trust quickly and influence without authority You balance empathy with accountability You simplify complex operational and financial concepts into actionable steps You are analytically strong and financially literate You manage multiple franchise relationships independently You are adaptable, resilient, and highly organized You design tools that drive consistent execution Qualifications 5+ years in franchise consulting, multi-unit leadership, or small business ownership Proven success coaching business owners and driving measurable performance improvement Experience creating SOPs and operational resources Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field preferred Home services experience strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to improve revenue and operational efficiency Valid driver's license and passport Ability to travel up to 50% Experience with emerging franchise brands preferred About Us: Threshold Brands, backed by private equity, is a multi-brand franchisor boasting over $375 million in annual system-wide sales.
