Project Manager Broad Commercial Construction Our client is a mid-sized Georgia-based General Contractor with approximately 20 employees, including a seasoned group of Superintendents and Project Managers. They specialize in ground-up commercial construction, including: Commercial projects (such as daycare facilities and car washes), Multifamily developments, Office buildings, and Religious facilities. Projects typically range from $3M-$8M, with multifamily projects reaching $20M. The team prides itself on being friendly, collaborative, and accountable. Job Description Lead full project lifecycle for ground-up construction projects. Manage schedules, budgets, documentation, and subcontractor performance. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients. Partner closely with Superintendents to anticipate challenges and maintain workflow. Ensure all project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Experience completing at least one ground-up project as Project Manager. Broad background in commercial or multifamily ground-up construction. Strong communication and client-facing abilities. A proactive, initiative-driven mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with both field and office teams. What's On Offer Base Salary: $90,000 - $130,000. Bonuses: Project-based bonus structure. 2 weeks PTO. Medical insurance (85% covered for individual).
