Our Tangible Asset Incentive Services team helps clients manage tangible assets in a way that enhances their return. These business advisors specialize in solutions that span cost segregation studies, energy credits and incentives, fixed asset consulting and tangible property regulations. Responsibilities: Conduct/attend site visits Helps with project planning Analyzes information and learns to identify technical issues Helps complete estimates of real and personal property building components Aids in producing high quality client deliverables Assists with development and maintenance of client service templates Adheres to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality Provides timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; with an emphasis in construction management, engineering, accounting or related field preferred Pursuing CPA, EA, MAI, ASA, CMI, CCSP or PE designation preferred. If not certified, must meet educational requirements to obtain license upon hire in state of employment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Baker Tilly will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status) Minimum of 1 year of related experience required Experience preparing estimates of real and personal property building components preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail and accuracy Highly motivated and interested in taking the initiative for personal growth and development Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% The compensation range for this role is $63,200 to $119,820. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
