Bilingual Staffing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities: Be the welcoming face and voice of The Budd Group greet and assist all candidates, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism. Manage the main office phone line, directing calls efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. Support the staffing and recruiting teams with onboarding, documentation, and other administrative essentials. Design eye-catching flyers and internal communication materials that bring our branch culture to life. Provide light tech support to team members (think: screen sharing and quick fixes) your computer confidence keeps things running smoothly. Look for ways to make the front desk and office operations even better we love improvement-minded teammates! Bilingual Staffing Specialist Requirements: Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred helps you connect with our diverse and talented candidate community. A polished, professional customer service presence both in person and over the phone. A genuine drive to grow this is a stepping-stone role designed for those aiming high. Strong computer skills in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and design or flyer tools. Staffing, onboarding, or hospitality experience is preferred. This role involves interacting with the public. Strong customer service skills are needed. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to stay until the work is complete when needed.
